 RDRS Bangladesh Recruitment Notification for the post of Technical Officer, Assistant Technical Officer and Microfinance Organizer-

RDRS Bangladesh under Microcredit Program (MRA Registration No.: 00143-175-00192) to implement various projects funded by PKSF for the posts of 'Technical Officer' and 'Assistant Technical Officer' and Microfinance Organizer. RDRS  Microcredit financed by Bangladesh  Applications are being invited from Bangladeshi citizens for the appointment of people for the post of organizer and for making the panel.  

1.Technical Officer (Agriculture/Livestock/Fisheries)

Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation in Agriculture/Animal Husbandry/DVM/Fisheries. Preference will be given to candidates with at least 3 years of practical experience in related work. Salary Rs.38,000/- per month for candidates without experience and Rs.42,000/- for candidates with at least 3 years of experience. Besides, festival and other allowances will be applicable according to the rules of the organization and project budget.  

2.  Assistant Technical Officer: (Agriculture / Livestock Fisheries) 

Educational Qualification: Should be a Diploma holder in Agriculture / Fisheries / Animal Husbandry.  Must have at least 2 years of field experience in animal husbandry operations or at least 6 months of training in fish farming management / at least 3 years of experience in fish farming operations. Salary: 22,000/- per month inclusive and festival and other allowances will be applicable as per organization rules and project budget.  

3.Microfinance Organizer:

Educational Qualification : Minimum Graduation Pass.  Preference will be given to computer literate candidates. Salary: Rs.18,000/- per month during apprenticeship period. At the end of 6 months of apprenticeship, salary and other allowances will be paid as per the pay structure of the organization (Gratuity, 2 festival allowances, medical assistance, mobile bills and provident fund benefits will be provided after job confirmation as per the HR manual of the organization.) 

Final selected candidate will receive Rs.20,000  Security money must be paid; However, 25% of the prescribed security money must be deposited at the time of joining the job, the remaining 75% will be deducted from the salary in equal 10 installments within 10 months, which will be returned with interest after the prescribed period.
