1. Sant - Numerical cum computer operator
- Number of posts: 03 people
- Pay Scale: (Grade-13) 11000-26590
- Age: below 30 years; However, age limit is relaxable up to 40 years in case of departmental candidates.
- Educational Qualification and Experience: a) Graduation or equivalent degree from a recognized University; (b) computer trained; (c) the minimum speed of transcription is 70 words per minute in English and 45 words in Bengali; Minimum speed of computer typing is 30 words per minute in English and 25 words in Bengali; and d) Must have skills and experience in handling e-mail, fax along with word processing on computer.
Candidates of all districts who can apply for General District Quota:
Dhaka, Gazipur, Manikganj, Rajbari, Gopalganj, Shariatpur, Tangail, Mymensingh, Netrakona,

Bogra, Sirajpurhat, Candidates from Thakurgaon,
Panchagarh, Kurigram, Gaibandha, Lalmonirhat Magura, Narail, Kushtia, Chuadanga, Meherpur,
Bhola, Jhalkathi, Pirojpur, Patuakhali, Barguna districts can apply.
However, candidates of all districts can apply for orphan and physically challenged quota.
2. Office Assistant cum - Computer Numerologist

- Age: below 30 years; However, age limit is relaxable up to 40 years in case of departmental candidates.
- Educational Qualification:a) Passed Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent examination from a recognized board; b) computer trained; and c) minimum computer typing speed of 20 words per minute in English and 20 words in Bengali.
Candidates of all districts who can apply for General District Quota:
Dhaka, Gazipur, Munshiganj, Narayanganj, Narsingdi, Rajbari, Shariatpur, Tangail, Sherpur,
Mymensingh, Chittagong, Cox's Bazar, Bandarban, Khagrachari,

Narail, Chuadanga, Barisal, Bhola, Jhalkathi, Pirojpur, Patuakhali, Barguna districts can apply.

- Age limit: 18-30 years.
- Educational Qualification:Passed Secondary School Certificate or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
The following conditions must be followed while filling the application form and participating in the examination:
1. 01/10/2022 . Age limit is 18-30 years in case of general candidates, minority ethnic groups and sons-daughters of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters.
Age limit is relaxable up to 40 years in case of departmental candidates. However, the age limit is 18-32 years in case of sons and daughters of freedom fighters / martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged.
No affidavit will be accepted for proof of age. Written and oral test will be conducted for all posts.
Candidates who have passed the written and practical test for the posts listed in order number 1 and 2 and those candidates who have passed the written test for the post listed in order number 3 will be considered eligible for the oral test.
3. Original copies of all certificates must be displayed at the time of oral examination and attested photocopies of all certificates must be submitted along with the filled Application Form.
Besides, the certificate issued by the Union Parishad / Municipality / City Corporation as proof of permanent resident of the district should be provided.
8. Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous organizations have to submit the permission letter from the appropriate authority.
5. In case the applicant is the father/daughter and son-daughter of the freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter, attested copy of the freedom fighter certificate of the father/mother/grandfather
/grandmother issued by the competent authority and if the freedom fighter is the son/daughter of the freedom fighter, in that case, as proof of the concerned Union Parishad. Attested photocopy of certificate issued by Chairman /
Ward Councilor of City Corporation / Municipal Mayor / Councilor and in case of other quotas attested photocopy of certificate from appropriate authority.
6. No allowance will be given for participation in written, oral and practical tests.
7. The authority reserves the right to reduce/increase the number of posts and cancel the notification.
The decision of the appointing authority in the matter of appointment shall be final
08. Rules and Procedures for Filling Online Application Form:
a. Candidates who want to participate in the exam can fill the application form on this website Apply now The application deadline is as follows:
(i) Starting date and time for online filling of application form and submission of application fee is 25/09/2022 at 10:00 am.
(ii) Last date and time for online submission of application form 16810/2022 05:00 PM. Candidates who have received User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee
to SMS within 72 (seventy two) hours from the time of online application submission.
b. In the online application form, the candidate will scan his signature (length 300 x width 80 pixel) and color photo (length 300 x width 300 pixel) and upload it to the designated place.
Image size should be maximum 100KB and signature size should be maximum 60KB.
Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all the subsequent activities, the candidate will be 100% sure about
the correctness of all the information filled in the online application form before submitting it.
c. The candidate shall keep a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination related need and submit one copy during the oral examination.
d. Rules of sending SMS and payment of examination fee: After completing the application form by filling the online application (Application Frorn) carefully and uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates who have submitted the application form correctly will get an applicant's copy with a user ID, photograph and signature. After downloading the applicant's copy, print the receipt and save it. Applicant's copy will contain a User
ii) number and using the User II) number the candidate will send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner for application fee 200/- for application fee for 1st and 2nd serial number.
(One Hundred) Taka and 12 (times) service charges of Teletalk including (non-refundable) Total 112 (one hundred times) Taka and application fee for 3 serial numbers 50/- (Fifty) Taka and 6 (six) service charges of Teletalk Total 56 (fifty six) including money (non-refundable) will be deposited through Teletalk pro-paid mobile number within 72 (seventy two) hours. It is specially mentioned here that "even if all the parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is submitted".

To pay fee Type MHAPSD < Space > Yes < space > PIN and send to 16222 Sale < MHAPSID < space : Yes < Space > PIN should be sent to 16222 Example: MHAPSD Yes 12345678 Reply: Congratulations Applicant's Name, Payment completed successfully for MHAPSU Application for (post name) User ID is (ARCDEF) and password (XXXXXXXX).
f. Receipt of admit card will be intimated in due course on http://mhapsd.teletalk.com.bd website and through SMS on candidate's mobile phone (only eligible candidates). All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, so it is recommended to keep the number active at all times, read the SMS and follow the instructions received immediately g. After using the User ID and password sent in the SMS, candidates should download and print the admit card containing the roll number, post name, photo, examination date, time and place name of the center etc.
Candidates must produce this admit card while appearing in the written test and in case of passing the oral test.
g. Candidates can recover their User ID and Password by following the below mentioned SMS method only from Teletalk prepaid mobile phone.

J. Declaration: The candidate has to declare in the declaration section of the online application form that all the information provided by the candidate in the application form is correct and true. If the information provided is found to be untrue or false or if any ineligibility is detected or if any fraud or corruption is resorted to or any cheating or malpractice is resorted to in the examination, the candidature will be canceled at any stage before or after the examination or withdrawal and legal action will be taken against the concerned candidate. will go The decision of the appointing authority in
