  1. Program Manager: 05 Educational Qualification and Experience: Post Graduate.  Must have a total of 10 years of work experience with at least 4 years of experience coordinating at least 40 / 45 branches in the implementation of microcredit programs.  Must have computer skills.  
Age: Maximum 45 years.  Salary and Allowances: 68,000/- in total during Apprenticeship (including actual fuel and maintenance, mobile and tiffin allowances) Total Salary and Allowances after permanentization is 87,673/-

2.  Regional Manager: 05 Educational Qualification and Experience: Post Graduate.  Must have a total of 10 years of work experience including 3 years of experience in coordinating at least 20 branches in the implementation of microcredit programs.  Must have computer skills.
 Age: Maximum 45 years.  Salary and Allowances: 60,000/- in total during Apprenticeship (including actual fuel and maintenance, mobile and tiffin allowances) Total Salary and Allowances after permanentization is 80,431/-
 

3. Area Manager: 10 Educational Qualification & Experience: Post Graduate.  Must have a total of 7 years of work experience with at least 3 years of work experience in microcredit program coordinating at least 5 branches.  Must have computer skills.
 Age: Maximum 40 years.  Salary and Allowances: 43,800/- (including actual fuel and maintenance, mobile and tiffin allowances) during Apprenticeship Total Salary and Allowances after permanentization 59,277/-
 

4. Unit Manager: 20 Educational Qualification, Experience and Skills: Post Graduate.  Must have at least working experience in the position of Unit Manager of Microcredit Programme.  Age: Maximum 38 years.  Salary and Allowances: 31,500/- in total during Apprenticeship (including actual fuel and maintenance, mobile and tiffin allowances) Total Salary and Allowances after permanentization is 39,939/-.
 5. Community Development Officer - CDO: 30 (only for Dhaka division work area) Educational Qualification, Experience and Skills: Minimum Graduation.  Must have at least 1 year of field experience in implementing microcredit programs.  Preference will be given to those skilled in driving a motorcycle.
 Age: Maximum 32 years.  Salary and Allowances: 19,500/- in total during Apprenticeship (including fuel and maintenance, mobile and tiffin allowances) Total Salary and Allowances after permanentization is 27,799/-

Conditions:
